1. Maintain circadian rhythm and enhance immunity
1. Make full use of natural light
Natural light can meet the lighting needs of daytime life and work, improve wakefulness and work efficiency, and reduce power consumption. The side windows provide a wide view of the outside, which can effectively improve mood, relieve anxiety and depression, promote mental health, and reduce the negative emotions formed by the lack of outdoor activities. Sufficient natural light exposure during the day can also make people maintain a stable circadian rhythm, improve sleep quality, and improve their own immunity.
During the daytime period during home isolation, the natural light in the living room should be fully utilized, and it is advisable to study and live in the area near the window (within 3 meters away from the window). Minimize the use of full blackout and low-transmission curtains during the day. If conditions permit, in the process of work or study, it should be ensured that the natural or cultural scenery outside the window can be seen within the field of vision, so as to promote the recovery of attention, relieve fatigue, and maintain mental health. When natural light is insufficient, artificial lighting should be turned on to supplement the illumination.

It is planned to reduce the indoor illumination from 1 hour before going to bed to the period of lights out, avoid the use of high color temperature light sources (cold white light), and use low color temperature light sources (warm yellow light) to promote faster falling asleep.
Wake-up lighting can improve mood, arousal and work efficiency in the morning. On the premise of not affecting sleep at night, it is recommended to use light-transmitting curtains or leave a narrow gap in the bedroom to ensure that natural light can be illuminated before waking up in the morning. When conditions permit, artificial light can be used to wake up the lighting, and the lighting can be gradually turned on half an hour before the intended time to get up.

1. Basic principles
Daytime study should make full use of natural light. The light for writing work should come from the left side (the right hand holds the pen), and the work surface should be located within 0.5 to 3 meters from the window. Direct sunlight should be avoided on human eyes, writing and work surfaces, and attention should be paid to adjusting the angle of the electronic screen to avoid reflected glare on children's eyes. When the natural light is insufficient, turn on the main light of the room to fill in the light. If there is still a shadow on the desktop after the fill light, you can turn on the desk lamp. For learning using electronic screens, it is recommended that teenagers under the age of 10 watch the screen for 20 to 25 minutes and have 10 to 15 minutes of distance vision, and those over 10 years old are recommended to watch the screen for 30 minutes and have 10 to 15 minutes of farsightedness.
Strictly control the study time at night, especially the use of electronic screens, to ensure sleep time. When studying at night, it should be ensured that the main light of the room is turned on, and the desk lamp should not be used alone. The desk lamp should be made of products that meet national standards.
2. Screen usage principles
Since it is impossible to guarantee that the courseware and display equipment meet the requirements of visual health, at this stage, the screen prefers to use a large-screen TV or computer. In terms of screen size alone, TV is better than computer screen, computer screen is better than PAD, PAD is better than mobile phone. At present, many mobile phones or PADs have the screen-casting function. If it is available, it is recommended to use the screen-casting function to cast the screen to a large screen.
For mainstream display products purchased in the past three years, the screen brightness is recommended to be set at a brightness range of 60% to 80%. When using a computer monitor/PAD for more than 3 years, it is recommended to set the screen brightness above 80% to 90%, and the mobile phone can be above 70% to 90%. A display mode with a yellow background should not be selected, as this mode will create a color cast that can increase eyestrain.
The distance between the TV and computer screen from the eyes should be guaranteed to be more than 2 times the diagonal length of the screen, and the distance between the PAD and the mobile phone should be guaranteed to be more than 45-50 cm, which is based on seeing clearly.

 

3. Pay attention to safety, and it is not recommended to use ultraviolet disinfection lamps in the home environment
1. Risk of use
The main point of ultraviolet disinfection lamp for sterilization and disinfection is to irradiate the surface of objects directly, for a long time. If a person is accidentally irradiated by ultraviolet rays, it is more likely to damage the cornea and induce electro-optic ophthalmia, as well as damage the skin and induce skin lesions. In addition, ultraviolet rays stimulate the air to produce ozone during the sterilization process, and reaching a certain concentration will stimulate and damage the respiratory tract and affect the central nervous system.
2. Application conditions and usage
Ultraviolet rays used for sterilization and disinfection usually have an effective sterilization band of 200-280 nanometers, so be sure to confirm whether it contains this band before purchasing and using UV lamps. When ensuring the disinfection of an unmanned enclosed space, a high-power (electric power of more than 30 watts) ultraviolet disinfection lamp can be used, and the distance between the objects to be disinfected should not exceed 1 meter, and the recommended irradiation time is not less than 20 minutes.
Due to the low output ultraviolet power, the low-power handheld ultraviolet disinfection lamp is ineffective for large-scale disinfection in the room. When individually applied to small items that need to be disinfected, they should be close to the surface of the item (with a spacing of about 50 mm), and the irradiation time should not be less than 30 minutes.
It is strictly forbidden to use ultraviolet rays for mask disinfection, because it will destroy the adsorption charge layer and reduce the isolation effect.
Since ultraviolet disinfection has little effect on bacteria and viruses in the air, it cannot replace the role of alcohol or 84 disinfectant.
3. Precautions for safe use
For home use, it should be ensured that the operating procedures are strictly implemented under the guidance of professionals, or after fully reading and understanding the product manual and use hazard tips. It is not recommended for families with children because it is not easy to be found when the antivirus lamp is turned on by mistake. Attention should be paid to the safety protection of all members of the family during use, and windows should be opened for ventilation immediately after use. It is recommended to purchase a UV disinfection lamp with its own induction control or remote control.
